Everything you taste here is created entirely in our kitchen - no semi-finished products, no shortcuts, just honest cooking from fresh and seasonal ingredients. We pickle, ferment, preserve... we simply play with tastes and we believe that it is felt on the plate. We want everyone to eat here, which is why you will find gluten-free and vegan options on the menu. We always try to accommodate other dietary restrictions and requirements by arrangement.

We bake our cakes, pies, donuts and cookies fresh every day - the oven practically never stops at our place.
