Herbal tea blend
We were inspired by the calming tea that our grandmother used to make from herbs from her garden, which she called 3M. The relaxing thyme, lemon balm, and mint are complemented by cornflower, which benefits your kidneys, stomach, and blood, and lime with chamomile. Lime supports natural immunity, good digestion, and relaxation. Chamomile then provides a cleansing effect and contributes, among other things, to beautiful skin.
Ingredients: thyme herb, lemon balm herb, peppermint herb, cornflower flower, lime flower, chamomile flower
Instructions for preparation: pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1-2 teaspoons and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Herbal tea blend
An herbal blend that will help detox your body and support your immune system. Dandelion helps with proper digestion, and nettle supports kidney function and ensures the smooth elimination of harmful substances from the body. Birch will benefit your kidneys while also boosting overall immunity. Marigold fights inflammation and speeds up regeneration. All these great detoxifying herbs are complemented by lemon grass, which not only supports healthy digestion and fights inflammation and infections but also adds a refreshing taste to the tea.
Ingredients: nettle leaf, lemon grass stalk, lemon balm herb, dandelion root, birch leaf, marigold flower
Instructions for preparation: pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1-2 teaspoons and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
